If you are passionate about sustainability and dedicated to providing excellent customer service, this role is perfect for you. As a customer service representative, you will assist customers in navigating renewable energy solutions while delivering exceptional service in Albanian. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to renewable energy products, services, and initiatives via phone, email, and chat in Albanian. Educate customers on energy efficiency programs, benefits of renewable energy, and available options. Assist customers with account management, service inquiries, and troubleshooting. Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system, adhering to regulatory compliance. Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience. Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to provide accurate and helpful information. Fluency in Albanian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous. Experience in customer service, preferably within the renewable energy sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to convey complex information in an accessible manner. Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude. Proficiency in using CRM systems and general computer applications.
