If you have a passion for customer service and a desire to assist shoppers, this role is tailored for you. You will be responsible for providing outstanding support to customers in Albanian, helping them with their product inquiries and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to retail products, services, and orders via phone, email, and live chat in Albanian. Provide accurate information on product availability, pricing, and promotions. Assist customers with the ordering process, returns, and exchanges smoothly. Resolve any issues or customer complaints promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction. Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for future reference. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service quality. Stay informed about product knowledge and retail trends to enhance customer interactions. Fluency in Albanian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the retail industry. Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service. Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with customer service software and CRM applications is desirable.
