Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce a position for Albanian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the vibrant Social Media industry. This role is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about social media and are dedicated to providing exceptional customer support. As a representative, you will assist users with their inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and engage with customers to enhance their social media experience, all while communicating in Albanian. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to social media platforms, including account setup, functionality, and troubleshooting via phone, email, and chat in Albanian. Provide guidance on platform features, community guidelines, and best practices for user engagement. Assist users in resolving technical issues and complaints in a timely manner. Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records in our CRM system. Collaborate with the product and technical support teams to ensure the best possible customer experience. Stay updated on social media trends and changes to assist users effectively. Fluency in Albanian (oral and written) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the social media or tech industry. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with users. Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to navigate social media platforms and effectively communicate their functionalities. Proficient in using CRM systems and general computer applications. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
