This role is perfect for individuals who have a passion for customer service and are enthusiastic about helping clients with their telecommunications needs. As a representative, you will assist customers in Albanian, providing support and information related to services, products, and account management. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries regarding telecommunications services, plans, and devices through phone, email, and live chat in Albanian. Assist customers with service activation, troubleshooting issues, and understanding billing statements. Educate customers on available services and support them in making informed decisions. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner to ensure satisfaction. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for record-keeping. Collaborate with other teams to provide timely solutions and enhance customer experience. Stay updated on current company offerings and industry trends to provide relevant information. Fluency in Albanian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous. Experience in customer service, preferably in the telecommunications sector, is preferred. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage with customers positively. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer issues. A customer-centric attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Proficiency in using CRM software and standard computer applications.
