Native or fluent Albanian language skills (both spoken and written) are essential for this role. Valid EU passport (mandatory requirement for relocation and employment eligibility). A good working knowledge of English to communicate effectively within the international team environment. Previous experience in customer support services, customer care, or a client-facing role is advantageous, though not strictly required — full training is provided. Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to handle customer interactions with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
