ABOUT THE ROLE

As Front of House, you’ll be the first person our guests see - setting the tone for their entire visit. This role is all about creating a polished yet welcoming experience. From check-in to farewell, you’ll keep the vibe upbeat, the venue immaculate, and the energy flowing.

• Welcome and check in guests, ensuring a seamless start to their visit.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with warmth and professionalism.
• Maintain venue presentation and cleanliness to high standards.
• Assist with guest questions, bookings, and product recommendations.
• Support the team in creating a connected and lively venue atmosphere.
