ABOUT THE ROLE

• 
  Provide drug and alcohol information and advice, evidence-based counselling interventions and informal referrals on the phone and web messenger services to people impacted by their own or someone else’s substance use.
• 
  Available to work shifts on a 24-hour roster over 7 days of the week with minimum supervision.
• 
  Working across multiple service lines including the Alcohol and Drug Information Service (ADIS), Opioid Treatment Line (OTL), Stimulant Treatment Line (STL), and the Early Drug Diversion Initiative (EDDI) program.
•
