Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a seasonal Alcohol Compliance Team Member to join our team at Petco Park in San Diego, California. As a Compliance Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of operation are compliant with state, federal, and local alcohol laws, along with company and location-specific alcohol procedures.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand and walk for the entire length of shift, including walking up and downstairs and lifting as the work duties demand
• May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme heat and cold, depending on the season

• Supervise team members serving alcohol and ensure compliance with the alcohol service policy
• Observe and document any alcohol-related issues
• Answer questions and make recommendations regarding alcohol service
• Ensure all team members serving alcohol have signed an acknowledgment of the alcohol policy and have a valid serving permit prior to the beginning of work
• Assist with alcohol cut-off
