■職務内容：眼科領域のリーディングカンパニーである同社のフィールドサービスエンジニアとして下記業務をご担当していただきます。・眼科医療機器の点検、修理、メンテナンス業務（得意先、及び社内） ※設置時の点検、年2回の定期点検、クライアント依頼に基づく点検・保守契約の販売業務 ※近年注力中です。トレーニングを受けていただいた後、配属となります。 ■働き方：眼科領域は夜の手術や緊急手術がほぼないため、時間外の急な呼び出し等も少ないです。夜勤無し、休日対応もほぼありません。お客様からの問い合わせはコールセンターが一次受けを行っています。 ■エリア：全国を５つのエリアに分けて各エリア１０名程度のエンジニアで対応しています。各エリアごとにマネージャーがおり、エンジニアをサポートします。 ■育成体制：技術部に配属され、4～6ヶ月の研修を受けて頂きますのでご安心ください。その後も海外トレーニングやOJT形式でキャッチアップをいただけます。過去にも業界未経験者が多く入社／活躍しておりますのでご安心ください。 ATTENTION: Current Alcon Employee/Contingent Worker If you are currently an active employee/contingent worker at Alcon, please click the appropriate link below to apply on the Internal Career site.
