You will be a primary point of contact and provide proactive communication and education for ALFS sales teams and producers. Provide subject matter expertise and independently manage service requests, exception/accommodations requests, complex situations and elevated service concerns on a broad range of cross functional operational issues. Influence business results through strong relationships, communicating operational changes and gathering customer feedback. Take a collaborative approach to problems to resolve situations ensuring involvement and communication with all partners. You will report into the Relationship Management Senior Manager/ Manager.

  • Build and maintain personal connections to solidify relationships with producers, business partners and peers. Participate in team and department projects, and special assignments.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, effective communications and interactions resulting in a positive impact to the customer experience. Provide customized service for assigned producers and wholesalers. Ensure distribution partners are aware of operational processes and changes.
  • Review, research, problem solve and take action by responding to varied and complex service request, accommodations/exceptions and elevated service concerns. Apply extensive and broad knowledge of Allianz’s business by working with multiple departments across the company to ensure problem resolution.
  • Influence business results and customer behaviors on a broad range of resolutions by: monitoring trends, identifying opportunities and resolutions; soliciting and gathering customer feedback; providing and recommending improvements and educating producers and distribution partners
