Job responsibilities:

1. Perform the leadership role as Network Services Manager – including all aspects of sites under ownership2. Acts as a technical escalation for any priority incidents3. Guides the team to resolve issues, help bridge between offshore and onsite technical team4. Drive Business projects, LCM for sites in ownership, leverage onsite teams and L2/L3 engineers to execute projects5. Responsible or act as Project/Program lead6. Project progress , SLA , Ops reporting. Attend Monthly, weekly, daily meetings with client/internal stakeholders7. Discuss and seek approvals from customer on financial aspects including budgeting of projects, SLA penalties, invoicing etc. in coordination with central invoicing, reporting, finance and other team members
