JOB DESCRIPTION

Key responsibilities include• Own the deployment of Alibaba overseas data center.• Partner with several stakeholders such as capacity planning, engineering, operation, procurement and finance team to ensure the successful delivery of infrastructure.• Manage multiple vendors to track progress, identify risks and solve problems throughout the project. Be responsible for the project delivery in targeted schedule, cost and quality.• Own initiatives to standardize global process of project management and improve the deployment methodologies to optimize the schedule.• Identify defects or waste in our deployment processes, and drive new processes and software automation to eliminate the defects and prevent them from recurring without posing risk to availability.
