JOB DESCRIPTION

We are in search of an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to provide critical support to our expanding business units. The ideal candidate excels in organizational effectiveness, talent supply and development, cultural implementation, and mechanism design, with the goal of fostering an exceptional and forward-thinking culture at Alibaba Cloud during a period of growth and expansion. This full-time position will be based in Singapore.In this role, you will work closely with senior business leaders and their teams to develop and implement HR strategies that promote organizational and employee excellence across the region. You must have a deep understanding of business objectives and be capable of crafting an HR plan that aligns with and advances the company’s goals within a dynamic and fast-moving environment.

POSITION REQUIREMENT

  1. Seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience in human resources, including at least 5 years as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) within the technology sector, cloud computing, or data center-related industries, with experience supporting multiple countries or cross-time zone teams.2. Outstanding command of English and Mandarin is required for effective written and verbal communication, as this position involves collaboration with stakeholders at our headquarters in China.3. The ideal candidate should demonstrate prudent judgment when managing confidential information, possess a keen eye for detail, and consistently meet deadlines for assigned tasks.4. A proactive self-starter who embraces new challenges with a hands-on approach and a commitment to continual improvement is desired.5. The role demands adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous work environment.6. Successful applicants will have a proven history of engaging in high-quality dialogue with senior business leaders and their teams. They should also exhibit strong HR solutioning, talent identification, and judgment skills, along with a data-driven approach.7. The position requires readiness for frequent travel, which could constitute up to 30% of the role
