JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Network Product Solution Architect for the APAC region at Alibaba Cloud, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team by providing expert cloud network solutions, striving to meet product sales targets, and leading key projects for customer onboarding. This role demands leveraging your deep expertise in product solutions and best practices to serve customers and ensure our systems operate seamlessly.Responsibilities include:1. Acting as a subject matter expert on Alibaba Cloud network products, providing training and enablement to the account and Solution Architect (SA) teams.2. Supporting regional events and marketing programs to promote Alibaba Cloud network solutions to potential customers.3. Delivering optimized solutions and advocating best practices to customers by utilizing the full capabilities of Alibaba Cloud network products.4. Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to enhance product offerings continually.5. Monitoring key industry trends and technological shifts, offering trusted advice to customers for optimizing their cloud infrastructure.6. Expanding the Alibaba Cloud ecosystem through collaboration with third-party Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), creating position papers, and aligning advocacy efforts with Alibaba’s core business policies across multiple departments (business, security, legal, and government affairs).7. Reporting to the Head of the Architect Department, this role requires a dynamic, curious, and technology-driven candidate who thrives in challenging environments and can navigate ambiguity with strategic insight.
