JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support partners management full lifecycle throughout their onboarding, incubation, growth, certification on the platform, including identifying opportunities, evaluation capacities, providing strategic briefs, training, and consultation, etc.- Be responsible for TP performance and growth by educating and training TPs with best practices across live strategy, analysis and diagnosis of traffic and performance data.- Design and launch TP incentives and activities to encourage TP’s engagement.- Focus on new partners acquisition in the commerce ecosystem - building them up and developing them into successful and thriving TP agencies.- Utilise data proficiently to deeply understand pain points, formulate business requirements, identify opportunities and prioritise solutions.- Coordinate with all the relevant internal stakeholders
