All-Abilities Gymnastics Instructor Are you passionate about working with children and helping them develop their physical and mental abilities through gymnastics? Do you have experience in coaching gymnastics and creating customized lesson plans that suit different needs, ages, and skill levels? If so, we are looking for you! We are a gymnastics center that offers classes for children of all abilities, in our IMPACT class structure. We are looking for an instructor who can lead a group of volunteers, parents, and students in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. You will be responsible for: Designing and implementing lesson plans that incorporate basic gymnastics skills and equipment Motivating and improving the performance of students within the IMPACT program Ensuring the safety and maintenance of the equipment and the gym Responding to minor incidents and emergencies Communicating with parents and staff about the progress and goals of the students To be a successful all-abilities instructor, you should have: A high school diploma or equivalent A CPR and first aid certification A positive, patient, and compassionate attitude A flexible schedule that includes weekends Not required but preferred Experience working with kids Certification in Special Education or related field If you are interested in joining our team, please apply via our website worldelitekids.com.
