JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an All-Around Skilled Worker with a broad range of construction and maintenance skills. The ideal candidate should be flexible, reliable, and capable of handling various tasks on site with minimal supervision.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Proven experience in construction or fit-out works (multi-skilled background preferred)
• Knowledge of tools, equipment, and safe work practices
• Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn
• Willing to learn and adapt.

• Perform general construction, repair, and maintenance tasks (carpentry, painting, masonry, tiling, basic plumbing/electrical, etc.)
• Assist in site preparation, material handling, and installation works
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Ensure all work is carried out to quality standards and project deadlines
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Support team members and supervisors with any required site activities
