  • Availability to work from Early June to early October 2025.
  • Demonstrated restaurant, cafe or hotel skills in an established business.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Professional grooming & presentation.
  • A love for life and a humble personality is an asset.
  • Ability to be a team player and work toward the business goals.
  • Flexibility and availability to work across a rotating roster including weekdays, evenings and weekends, split shifts, across a number of our venues.
  • Relevant qualifications and certificates essential.
