Description
About Kim Luxe Travel Kim Luxe Travel is a bespoke travel design consultancy committed to delivering exceptional value and uncompromised experiences across all budgets. We specialize in maximizing our clients' travel investment by providing expert knowledge, particularly within the all-inclusive resort segment. We craft seamless, worry-free getaways, focusing on value, amenities, and personalized resort matches. Role Summary We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and detailed All-Inclusive Resort Specialist to be the internal expert on all major all-inclusive brands and destinations (e.g., Mexico, Caribbean, cruise lines). This specialist will focus on consulting with clients to match them perfectly to a resort, handling complex package bookings, and ensuring the client maximizes the value of their all-inclusive investment. The ideal candidate can confidently differentiate between a budget-friendly family resort and a premium adults-only luxury brand. Key Responsibilities Niche Expertise & Consulting: Serve as the go-to specialist for all-inclusive travel, providing in-depth recommendations and comparisons across various brands, price points, and target demographics (family, adults-only, luxury). Value Maximization: Strategically advise clients on maximizing the "all-inclusive" price by highlighting included activities, dining credits, room upgrade opportunities and securing added amenities through supplier relationships. Booking and Fulfillment: Expertly manage package bookings through various supplier portals, ensuring meticulous accuracy of room categories, bundled airfare, transfers, and any specialty add-ons (e.g., spa credits, private dining). Client Education: Clearly communicate the specifics of various all-inclusive packages, including what is not included (e.g., premium liquor, certain excursions) to manage client expectations and prevent on-site surprise costs. Supplier Relationship Management: Maintain strong, direct relationships with Business Development Managers (BDMs) and resort sales teams to access the best deals, group rates, and FAM opportunities. Qualifications Proven ability to recommend resorts that align with both luxury expectations and budgetary constraints, demonstrating a strong focus on client value. Exceptional organizational skills, with experience managing high-volume package bookings and tracking multiple resort deadlines. Proficiency with key supplier booking engines (e.g., Sandals, AM Resorts, major wholesalers) and CRM software. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey complex package details to clients. What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience and performance bonuses tied to resort booking volume and value. Flexible, remote work environment that supports your self-managed schedule. Access to exclusive FAM trips and training focused on all-inclusive resorts. A collaborative team culture committed to delivering Maximized Value and Uncompromised Experiences.
