ABOUT THIS POSITION

After almost 30 years of loyal service, our esteemed ICT colleague Tonny is going to enjoy his well-deserved retirement next year. We are now looking for an enthusiastic successor to take over. During the first months you will have an extensive familiarisation period in which you will be introduced to all our systems, processes and contacts. After that you will work independently as the contact person for all our ICT matters. You will work independently, but be part of the Support team consisting of HR, finance, marketing, among others.
You will support our colleagues working in Nijmegen and Amsterdam. But you can also help the home workers remotely with a variety of questions, from setting up (home) workstations to solving technical problems. Among other things, you will work with Microsoft Entra/Azure, SharePoint, Exchange and Office 365, with Word in particular playing an important role in our daily work.
In addition, we are making increasing strides in the use of artificial intelligence. Think of AI tools that make documents search smarter, speed up reports or automate repetitive tasks. You will have a role in supporting these applications so that our colleagues can work optimally with them.
We work closely with several software and hardware vendors. That means you can always fall back on their knowledge and experience, while at the same time having a lot of freedom to make your own decisions.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for someone who has a mbo or hbo work and thinking level with a focus on ICT and also already has extensive relevant work experience. Experience with Microsoft (Office365, Teams, SharePoint, Entra/Azure, Exchange) is also a requirement. Affinity with Apple iPhone would be an advantage. You are someone who is solution-oriented, independent and enterprising. Furthermore, you are available for a minimum of 32 hours per week. Finally, you speak Dutch (and/or) or Engels and have excellent oral and written skills in one of those languages.
