We’re seeking experienced All Round Operators who bring versatility, a strong safety mindset, and a commitment to getting the job done right. About the Role Operate heavy machinery including: Dozers (CAT D10/D11) Graders (CAT 16M, 24M) Loaders (CAT 992, 994) Dump trucks (CAT 795, Hitachi EH5000) Deliver on production targets through effective equipment operation and task execution. Follow Macmahon’s safe work procedures and contribute to a strong safety culture. Work flexibly across different pit areas and equipment types as required. Conduct thorough pre-start inspections, identify potential issues, and report maintenance needs promptly. About You To succeed in this role, you’ll bring: Demonstrated experience operating multiple types of heavy mobile equipment in an open-cut mining environment (Truck + 2 skills) Strong understanding of safety protocols and hazard management Current Coal Board Medical and Standard 11.
