We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable all-rounder who loves both the art of baking and the buzz of customer service. This role combines back-of-house baking duties with front-of-house service, including late-night shifts, weekends, and shop closing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in baking cookies and preparing products to Cookie Loaded standards
• Follow recipes and maintain consistency in product quality
• Serve customers with a friendly and professional manner
• Operate POS systems and handle cash/EFT transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the kitchen and shop floor
• Manage end-of-day closing procedures, including cleaning, stock checks, and securing the shop

Requirements

• Previous experience in baking or pastry production (preferred)
• Confident in following recipes and handling baking equipment
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable personality
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and closing shifts
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Pay: $24.95 – $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
