What you’ll do: Looking for variety, adventure and meaningful work? In this unique, multi-department role, no two days are the same. As a casual All Rounder, you will work across our Wilderness Gallery, in our restaurant as a Food & Beverage Attendant, and Housekeeping Team. You'll deliver a warm, personalised service, a can‑do attitude, and knowledgeable recommendations on the best experiences in the Cradle Mountain region and across Tasmania. On a daily basis you will: Gallery & Retail Deliver a warm, engaging gallery experience by welcoming visitors, hosting tours, sharing knowledge about artists and exhibitions, and processing POS sales accurately. Support the gallery’s presentation and promotion by maintaining visual merchandising standards and assisting with content that showcases the gallery as a destination attraction. Assist with the coordination of private events, including weddings, art exhibitions and after-hours gallery experiences. Food & Beverage Undertake general waiting and service duties of food and beverages. Ensure accurate processing of dockets, including cashiering duties. Setup and reset restaurants and specific conference & function activities as required. Housekeeping Ensure accommodation and venue areas are cleaned and serviced to NRMA Housekeeping Standards. Complete linen changes, clean rooms, replenish stock and record items in rooms. Work as part of a great team, while also being able to work autonomously. You’ll be part of a supportive, fun and passionate team, building your hospitality skills while connecting with guests from around the world! What you’ll bring: A genuine passion for customer service and creating great experiences A positive, hands-on attitude—you’re not afraid to jump in Interest in art, hospitality and tourism Retail or hospitality experience (essential) Confidence using computers and POS systems RSA & Food Safety certification (or willingness to obtain) First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain) Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays Own vehicle (due to remote location) A reputation for providing excellent customer service, engaging in great conversations with our guests Good time management and an eye for detail An ability to follow direction related to daily tasks and expectations What’s in it for you?
