What you’ll do: We're looking for All-Rounder Hospitality Couples to join our Team at Cradle Mountain Hotel. You'll mainly be working across our Food & Beverage department however will also be assisting in Housekeeping. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager or Housekeeping Manager, you'll provide exceptional service with a warm welcome. You’ll treat our guests and customers as individuals, offering tailored options and solutions with a resilient and can-do attitude. On a daily basis you will: Ensure accommodation and venue areas are cleaned and serviced to our Housekeeping Standards. Linen changes, cleaning of rooms, replenish stock and recording of items in rooms. Working with a great team but can also work autonomously. Undertake general waiting and service duties of food and beverages. Ensure accurate processing of dockets, including cashiering duties. Setup and reset restaurants and specific conference & function activities as required. What you’ll bring: Food and beverage service experience with a passion for great food showcasing local produce or Housekeeping/cleaning experience Strong bar, cocktail and barista skills (ability to manage high number of orders in a short window) A vibrant attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a busy team Genuine interest and knowledge of food & beverage or housekeeping operations A reputation for providing excellent customer service, engaging in great conversations with our guests Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate Possess a Do Food Safely Certificate of completion Flexible attitude to work hours over a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays What’s in it for you?
