We are seeking a Warehouse & Lab Assistant to support our product development, research, and customer service operations. This is a diverse role involving warehouse tasks, assisting in the lab with product making and testing, contributing to product research, and managing customer inquiries both in person and over the phone.

• Assist in day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, packing, and dispatching products.
• Support the lab team in product formulation, testing, and quality control.
• Conduct basic research to assist in new product development.
• Handle walk-in customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and respond to customer calls, providing accurate information and resolving queries.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in both the warehouse and lab areas.

  Pay: $25.39 – $30.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 21 per week
