Lish Beauty Bar, a luxury salon in JLT, Dubai, is looking for a skilled All-Rounder Technician to join our team. If you’re versatile, detail-oriented, and passionate about beauty, this is your chance to grow with us in a professional and supportive environment.

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

• Perform manicure & pedicure services (classic, gelish, normal polish).
• Provide waxing services (full body & specialized).
• Offer facials with a focus on quality skincare.
• Deliver relaxing massages (head, neck, shoulders, full body).
• Perform brow services (threading, shaping, tinting).
• Perform lash lifts and basic lash/brow treatments.
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
• Consult with clients and recommend treatments suited to their needs.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure great service experience.
• Additional skills (hair, makeup, advanced beauty treatments) are welcome and a plus.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of salon experience across multiple beauty services.
• Skilled in manicure/pedicure, waxing, threading, facials, and lash/brow treatments.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must be UAE-based and available full-time.
