Description JOB TITLE: All-School Principal DEPARTMENT: Administration REPORTS TO: Head of School SUPERVISOR TO: Faculty, All-School Assistant Principal, ISC/Thrive Coordinator, Admin Projects Coordinator, MS Coordinator & Admin Assistant FLSA STATUS: Exempt JOB SUMMARY: This position is to provide visionary leadership in collaboration with Head of School coupled with implementation excellence to achieve LCS’ mission. Along with instilling a joy-filled culture of excellence among staff and students, it is their responsibility to effectively communicate the spirit and mission of the school to the parents and the community. High parent and student satisfaction, strong retention and enrollment, and a good reputation in the community should result from the demonstration of these responsibilities. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS Born again Christian and Christian role model whose godly lifestyle and character demonstrate obedience to God and the Holy Scriptures Serve as a member or active participant in a Christian Trinitarian church Demonstrate a continuing sense of God's direction in working at Lighthouse Christian School Demonstrate evidence of spiritual leadership, maturity, and prayerfulness Demonstrate effective interpersonal and social skills when relating to students, parents, and teachers Hold academic requirements including a Master’s degree in an educational field; prefer administrative certification.
