Position Overview The All Services Staff plays a pivotal and integrated role within the RecruitGo organization, serving as the central figure responsible for maintaining the seamless continuity and high-level efficiency of all daily operations. This responsibility encompasses a broad scope of duties, strategically divided into both administrative and operational functions, ensuring the RecruitGo office environment is conducive to maximum productivity and professional standards. Responsibilities: Liaison and Administrative Tasks Process and settle government transactions, including but not limited to SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, and BIR payments or filings. Coordinate and deliver important company documents to government agencies, suppliers, or clients. Run company errands such as paying bills, submitting requirements, or picking up permits and certifications. Handle time-sensitive deliveries and pick-ups using a company-issued motorcycle. Maintenance and Housekeeping Duties Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office premises (e.g., sweeping, mopping, trash disposal, refilling supplies). Conduct minor repairs and maintenance tasks within the office when needed. Monitor office equipment and facilities for issues and report or coordinate necessary repairs. Other General Duties Assist in inventory monitoring and procurement of office and pantry supplies. Provide support during company events or activities (e.g., setup, logistics). Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the management that require physical presence or mobility.
