This role is responsible for ensuring production equipment operates efficiently and reliably. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: * Monitor and maintain production equipment to meet efficiency standards * Troubleshoot molding machines and auxiliary equipment * Perform mold changes and machine startups * Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment and tooling * Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams * Use measurement tools to ensure product quality * Maintain accurate documentation and clean workspaces * Assist in training new team members Qualifications: Preferred: * Experience with GMP, ISO 9001:2015, lean manufacturing, 5S * Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools * Experience in process troubleshooting and root cause analysis Minimum: * High School Diploma or GED (college coursework or 2+ years relevant experience preferred) * Proficiency in English (verbal and written) * Ability to use measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, thermometers, etc.) * Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (IQMS or similar) Soft Skills: * Strong work ethic and critical thinking * Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities * Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset * Willingness to learn and grow professionally Physical Requirements: * Lift up to 50 lbs * Stand for extended periods * Perform repetitive tasks and work at elevated heights * Bend, kneel, and reach as needed Why Join Flexcraft? * Competitive pay and benefits * Supportive, team-oriented culture * Opportunities for advancement and skill development * Clean, safe, and modern work environment ---------------------------------------- Important Note: We utilize a tool called Culture Index as part of our recruiting and employee development process. Shift Schedule: Schedule Type: 12-hour rotating 2-3-2 schedule Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM Rotation Example: Week 1: Work Monday & Tuesday → Off Wednesday & Thursday → Work Friday, Saturday & Sunday Week 2: Off Monday & Tuesday → Work Wednesday & Thursday → Off Friday, Saturday & Sunday This schedule provides a consistent rotation of 2 days on / 2 days off / 3 days on, then 2 days off / 2 days on / 3 days off.
