E&M Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking an All Source Analyst (INDO PACOM) to join our team in Charlottesville, VA in support of the Defense Resources and Infrastructure Office (DRI). DRI's mission is to catalog and analyze military and civilian infrastructure and defense-related resources that underpin a nation's or group's military capabilities-including transportation, logistics, defense economics, energy systems, arms trade, physical vulnerability to weapon effects, defense industries, and the operational environment-to support U.S. and allied planners, targeteers, warfighters, policymakers, partners, and acquisition official. Job Responsibilities: Use your specialized functional experience and your attention to detail to conduct all-source analytic production on critical areas for senior policymakers. Provide intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements. Use comprehensive understanding of all-source analytic tradecraft, production cycles, publication standards, community writing styles, and formats. Produce strategic-level assessments and products that address critical intelligence questions. Requirements Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience or 7+years of equivalent experience. Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings Ability to apply flexible research methodologies to complex, open-ended problems. Experience in multi-int research in a TS/SCI environment Must be a U.S. Citizen Must have and be capable of maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) TS/SCI With a CI Polygraph clearance Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a fusion cell environment or directly with all-source analysts writing ICD 203 and ICD 206-compliant finished intelligence production Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR To Apply for this Position: You must have the Minimum Qualifications in your resume to be selected as a candidate.
