E&M Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a All-Source Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Camp Lejeune, NC to support Intelligence and Security Services and Support (IS3). IS3 provides its strategic partners a full spectrum of services to support; intelligence and security training including exercise and deployment support, individual and collective training development and delivery, operations and security services including enterprise intelligence operations requiring multiple intelligence discipline expertise, engineering support to include technical insertion Modeling and Simulation (M&S) and prototype integration, life-cycle logistics for equipment readiness support to support soldiers and equipment, as well as ancillary IT products and services to increase the Intelligence Warfighting Function (IWF) readiness. Requirements Job Responsibilities: Provide All-Source Intelligence Analyst support to the Marine Corps, apply analytical tradecraft, regional awareness, and problem-solving mindset to help the service understand emerging threats and global instability. Focus on foundational intelligence monitoring within the assigned area of responsibility, tracking instability, and malign state influences that may impact the Marine Corps’ global crisis response mission. In this role, you will integrate all-source reporting, explore varied data holdings, and produce assessments that contribute to the broader Marine Corps warning picture. You’ll gain experience with multi-discipline intelligence (CI, HUMINT, GEOINT, SIGINT, OSINT), structured analytic techniques, and emerging analytic tools while working alongside mid-level and senior analysts. Minimum Qualifications: 4+ years of experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis Experience drafting intelligence summaries or analytic inputs in standard intelligence writing style Ability to learn and apply new analytic software, databases, and tools HS diploma or GED Currently possess a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) clearance at the appropriate level. Must be a U.S. Citizen Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the operational Marine Corps intelligence community collections and fires targeting cycle Experience with open-source intelligence exploitation tools Experience conducting all-source analysis at a national-level agency Experience performing link analysis, such as Analyst Notebook To Apply for this Position: You must have the Minimum Qualifications in your resume to be selected as a candidate.
