POSITION OVERVIEW

Blueprint Creative Group is hiring an experienced All-Source Intelligence Analyst to support strategic and tactical missions across national security, defense, and cyber domains. In this role, you will provide multi-source intelligence analysis in support of operational planning, threat assessments, and agency decision-making.
Ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding of the intelligence lifecycle and demonstrate the ability to synthesize complex data across domains to support military, homeland security, or interagency objectives.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI (CI poly preferred)
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years as an intelligence analyst supporting a federal mission
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies, National Security, International Affairs, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Experience with DIA, DoD, or Combatant Command J2/J3 environments highly desired
  • Familiarity with IC tradecraft standards and finished intelligence production
Responsibilities
  • Collect, analyze, and produce all-source intelligence assessments integrating HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, OSINT, and other disciplines
  • Develop timely, actionable products including briefings, threat forecasts, and situational reports for leadership
  • Respond to RFIs and intelligence taskings from government stakeholders and interagency partners
  • Monitor geopolitical and tactical developments relevant to mission priorities
  • Collaborate with other intelligence professionals in classified environments (JWICS/SIPR)
  • Identify intelligence gaps and support new collection strategies
  • Maintain strict data handling and classification compliance
