RESPONSIBILITIES Syntelligent is seeking a All Source Intelligence Analyst to support A government customer Location: Pentagon / 1400 Defense Pentagon, Arlington, VA 22202 Shift: 8-hour Rotating Anticipated Salary Range: $100000 - $122500 Status: Full-Time Opening Type: Immediate Number of Openings: 1 Duties will include: * Conducts analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature. * Provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements. QUALIFICATIONS Required: * (Mid-level) Bachelor’s degree plus 3+ years of experience with all-source analysis or 7+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree; or * (Senior-level) Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in all-source analysis or 12+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree * 3+ years of experience with research and analysis * Experience with the CENTCOM AOR * Experience with ICD 203 tradecraft standards * Knowledge of the DoD, wider IC, and Combatant Command environments * Ability to work rotating weekend and night shifts. Specifically, 4 days on, 1 day off rotating through the following three shift schedules (three weeks per shift before rotating to the next) * Shift 1: 1100-0800 * Shift 2: 0700-1600 * Shift 3: 1500-0000 * TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph Desired: * Experience with data analytics, analysis, and visualization * Knowledge of the intelligence cycle * Ability to demonstrate a willingness to learn * Possession of excellent interpersonal skills * Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including briefing * Associate's degree acceptable; Bachelor's or Master's degrees preferred Clearance: TS/SCI w/ CI Poly Certification Requirement: IFPC within 90 Days of Hire Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit/stand at a desk for long-periods and must be able to lift 20 pounds occasionally.
