ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a proactive and collaborative Alliance Manager to join one of our core divisions. This is a commercial support role focused on driving upsell, cross-sell, and joint solution development with our sales and delivery teams. You will serve as the glue between our product/service capabilities and go-to-market efforts — maintaining partner relationships, organizing and attending events, supporting large bids, and helping win new business.
This is a great opportunity for someone ready to step up from a junior sales, presales, or delivery-facing role into a position with real commercial impact and cross-functional exposure.

Responsibilities
  • 2–5 years of experience in commercial roles, tech consulting, or digital delivery
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Understanding of software services or enterprise platforms (e.g., Sitecore, SAP, MS)
  • Interest in developing toward commercial ownership / solution salest
  • Structured approach and attention to detail (e.g., proposal accuracy, CRM hygiene)
  • Fluent Czech and English
