About the Role We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Alliance Manager to lead and grow strategic partnerships with global technology companies , integrators, and key ecosystem players. This role includes ownership of joint business planning, opportunity creation, and driving impactful go-to-market activities.   Key Responsibilities Build, manage, and strengthen strategic relationships with partners across the ecosystem Develop and execute Joint Business Plans including KPIs, revenue goals, and GTM motions Identify, qualify, and drive joint sales opportunities to increase pipeline and revenue Align internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, product, enablement) with partner motions. Lead co-selling and co-marketing activities, including events, workshops, and campaigns Conduct ongoing business reviews , pipeline reviews, and performance tracking Train, onboard, and enable the teams on companies offerings and value proposition Monitor market trends and competitive insights to guide partnership strategy     Skills and Capabilities Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, including executive-level engagement Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate strategy into execution High level of ownership, independence, and the ability to influence without authority Fluent English   Technical Knowledge Understanding of cloud technologies, and enterprise solutions Familiarity with partner ecosystem models and co-selling frameworks   Personal Attributes Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across teams Creative problem-solver with a “get things done” mentality High resilience and ability to manage multiple priorities
