Description
Respond to ad hoc requests and leadership inquiries. Track, complete, and communicate action items and follow-up status updates. Reconcile inbound partner opportunities against existing Salesforce opportunities. Monitor and update key fields in Salesforce, including identifying and validating sales plays. Track, monitor, and coordinate partner funding requests and WBS allocations. Use project management tool to track, monitor, and communicate key activities. Provide feedback and self-reflection on weekly updates. Review pipeline data and validate sales plays in advance of team pipeline review meetings. Attend, participate, and contribute to professional development and career growth opportunities. WBS creation, monitoring flow of funds, financial reporting, and approving timecards while managing a budget. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business administration, information technology, or a related field. Extensive experience in a very large, global, matrixed organization. Broad understanding of Hyperscaler services, solutions, and sales plays. Experience working with MSFT &/or Partners is a plus. Experience in Sales, Delivery, or Operations Familiarity with principles of project management and use of tools such as Trello. Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders including senior executives, partners, and customers. Systems & Tools: Excel PowerPoint PowerBI Salesforce SAP Arriba Trello (or similar)
