Job Requisition ID: 41178 Step into one of two newly created roles driving alliance-led growth across Deloitte’s key technology partnerships Prioritise in-person connection with your team and clients, with flexibility to balance work and life Mentoring, coaching and leadership programs to help you make an impact that matters We are looking for two Directors to join our Alliances business as Alliance Sales Leads. These are brand-new opportunities created to support Deloitte’s alliance growth ambition and strengthen our go-to-market focus across key technology partnerships. What will your typical day look like? You will sit at the forefront of Deloitte Australia’s tech ambition, originating, shaping and closing large, alliance-led technology and transformation deals. Working closely with Growth, Alliance leadership, Industry and Business Units, you will convert client challenges into multi-year managed services engagements and create demand ahead of formal procurement processes. This is a market-making role requiring a proven seller who is credible in the market, comfortable hunting for new business, and able to lead complex commercial conversations from opportunity creation through to deal close. You will partner with Lead Alliance Partners, Lead Client Service Partners and senior leaders across the firm to build pipeline, shape solutions and drive growth. This role offers the chance to help shape Deloitte’s alliance growth agenda in Australia,. You will work closely with senior leaders across the firm and play a key role in building market momentum, growing strategic accounts and delivering long-term value. About the team Deloitte’s Alliances business brings together market-leading technology relationships, commercial capability and industry insight to create differentiated client solutions. This role sits within a high-growth environment that works across Business Units, Growth and alliance leadership to unlock large-scale transformation opportunities. The Australian alliances agenda is a key part of Deloitte’s broader transformation ambition, spanning software assets, managed services, alliances and delivery centres. We are focused on combining Deloitte’s advisory, delivery and ecosystem strengths to drive growth and create long-term client impact. Enough about us, let’s talk about you. You have strong consulting or software sales background and a credible sales track record. You are commercially sharp, comfortable in the market and energised by hunting for new business. Ideally, you will bring the following: A proven track record of originating and closing large-scale, complex deals. Strong consultative or software sales selling capability and the ability to translate client challenges into outcome-based solutions. Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives and internal leadership teams. Strong commercial acumen across pricing, deal structuring, financial modelling and contract negotiation. Experience with major technology alliances such as AWS, Microsoft, SAP or Oracle will be highly regarded, as will an entrepreneurial and resilient mindset. Why Deloitte?
