Body Restoration is the exciting partnership of multiple disciplines that will fill the gaps in the community-based rehab clinics, family medicine clinics, and specialty clinic. We specialize in acute and chronic injury.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling Patients
  • Answering Phones
  • Rooming Patients and Maintaining Work Flow
  • Billing Third Party, MVA and WCB
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Customer Service
  • Communicating with adjustors and case managers
  • Facilitating collaboration among multiple clinicians

Hours

  • Monday- Thursday. (12:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.)
  • Friday. (10:00am - 6:00 p.m.)
  • Job type: 1 Full-time

Remuneration

  • $17-20 per hour
  • Benefits available after 3 months

Experience

  • High proficiency in software programs such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • High school diploma or graduation equivalency degree
  • Medical Office Assistant certification would be an asset
  • Greater than 2 years of allied office assistant experience would be an asset
  • Proficiency with electronic medical record would be an asset
  • Valid Driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle may be occasionally required
  • Experience with accounts payable/receivables is an asset
