This role will be predominantly based at the Cranbourne site, with travel between Monash Health sites as required. The Community Rehabilitation Allied Health Assistant is responsible for working within the talented interdisciplinary team to provide best practice client care. Working with a diverse range of clients, no two days will be the same!
