Illawarra Diggers Aged & Community Care has been providing high quality care to older veterans and members of the broader community for more than 80 years. We provide a friendly and caring home for our 105 residents that seeks to enhance and support their quality and enjoyment of life.

Hospitality Services – Cleaning/Laundry/Kitchen Hand

Illawarra Diggers are seeking applicants for Hospitality roles to cover the areas of commercial cleaning and laundry assistance. An ability and willingness to assist in the kitchen will also be desirable. Both permanent part-time and casual positions are available.

Essential

• Ability to work in a professional team environment
• Sound communication skills (written & verbal)
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including weekends
• Compassion & understanding of older people
• First Aid certificate (prior to commencement or ability to obtain post commencement)

Desirable

• Experience in commercial cleaning or laundry 
• Experience in residential aged care
