  • Must be either a new graduate or 4th year student studying one of the following degrees: Exercise Physiology / Psychology / Physiotherapy / Occupational Therapy.
  • Ability to operate Microsoft Office suite.
  • Must have a valid Drivers Licence / own vehicle.
  • Motivated to learn and wants to apply themselves.
  • Bubbly personality and the ability to establish rapport and build relationships with varying stakeholders.

ABOUT THE BUSINESS AND THE ROLE

Platinum Rehabilitation Group is a boutique workplace rehabilitation provider. At Platinum, we focus on creating a culture where employees enjoy coming into work each day due to the support provided by upper management, and comradery between the team.
We are a business that provides dynamic injury management and return to work support services to large Employers, Insurers, and Treatment Providers including Doctors, Physiotherapists and Psychologists. We are currently experiencing increased growth and require multiple Allied Health Assistants to join the team.

JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The core duties of the role:

  • Assisting Rehabilitation Consultant’s with managing physical / psychological claims (WorkCover and CTP claims).
  • Assisting Rehabilitation Consultant’s with correspondence of various stakeholders.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling appointments / assessments, and preparing any document.
  • Answering incoming calls and directing accordingly.
