Your Opportunity This is a permanent, full‑time role within Seniors Communities, responsible for leading and operationally managing multidisciplinary allied health teams in a village setting. You will ensure the delivery of high‑quality, person‑centred allied health services that support older Australians to live independently, spanning short‑term restorative care through to long‑term chronic condition management. Working closely with care, clinical and village leadership teams, you’ll foster a values‑aligned, high‑performing culture focused on clinical excellence, safety and customer experience. About the Role As the Allied Health Lead, you will provide visible, hands‑on leadership while maintaining a reduced clinical caseload to stay connected to service delivery. With integrity and resilience, you will: Inspire and lead a multidisciplinary allied health team to deliver safe, holistic and outcome‑driven care Oversee workforce planning, rostering and resource utilisation to maximise access and sustainability Drive clinical governance, quality improvement and compliance with aged care standards and funding requirements Collaborate with Care Operations Managers and site leaders to strengthen clinical systems and risk management Facilitate training, professional development and reflective practice across the team Monitor service performance, financial outcomes and key metrics Build strong relationships with residents, families, internal stakeholders and external providers Promote allied health services within the community to support service growth and innovation What You’ll Bring You are a collaborative and people‑centred leader with strong operational and clinical insight. You will bring: A recognised qualification in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Psychology or a related allied health discipline Current AHPRA registration Minimum 5 years’ experience in aged care, community or home care settings Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams Strong clinical judgement and the ability to manage complexity and guide decision‑making Sound understanding of aged care reforms and the Support at Home funding model Why Anglicare?
