ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications which permit registration as a Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Social Worker, or Psychologist which provides eligibility for membership of the relevant professional association and full registration through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency where legislated.

Join our Access & Assessment Mental Health Team to deliver acute community care, crisis management, and service coordination while working collaboratively with clients, families, and service partners.

• Conduct intake, triage & mental health assessments
• Provide crisis care, home treatment & medication support
• Liaise with GPs, hospitals, police & agencies
• Work rotating shifts, including weekends
• Supervise & mentor junior staff and students
