Are you an Allied Health Professional with a passion for working with babies, children and young people? Are you looking for a new and exciting opportunity to be part of a new service development and delivery of a new model?

We are looking for a range of Allied Health Professionals across Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech and Language Therapy and Dietetics to be part of our new and developing Paediatric Hospital at Home Model in Tayside.
This exciting opportunity includes one profession represented at Band 8a and 3 professions at Band 7. Part-time and job shares will be considered. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team across Tayside to provide profession specific clinical specialist acute level care, for children and young people with a wide range of complex needs, in the individuals own home or home setting.
The role will involve the development and delivery of a new model to support early intervention, prevention of admission to hospital and early discharge.
Knowledge and expertise in working with babies, children and young people with complex needs is essential.
Experience in service development, improvement work and evaluation is also desirable. More specific details regarding each role is available in the person specification documents.
We are looking for highly motivated AHP’s to be part of this exciting new team and service development and new model delivery.
