You will bring proven experience in leading multidisciplinary teams, with strong skills in identifying service gaps, developing innovative grant proposals, and driving effective program planning and evaluation. Success in this role will come from your ability to build genuine relationships, communicate effectively across cultures, and work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders. A willingness to travel throughout the region, together with a current NT driver’s licence and NT OCHRE card, will ensure you can truly connect with and support our communities.
