This role will contribute to all aspects of project delivery and act as an expert project resource to ensure projects are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. They will provide a critical link between clinicians and project working groups and support their efficient engagement in projects. The classifications for this position will be Allied Health Grade 3. Your Contribution Under the direction of the Director and Deputy Director of Allied Health, you will support the AH&P Program managers and other senior leaders in the planning delivery and communication of high quality and strategically aligned projects. You will be a role model for others, demonstrating well-developed communication and organization skills and have strong capability in service improvement, project management and stakeholder engagement. Essential requirements You will be a qualified Allied Health Professional, registered with AHPRA or eligible for membership with the appropriate Professional Association for self-regulated Allied Health professions. You will have demonstrated ability to deliver relevant, high quality, evidence informed service improvements and experience working on large service-improvement projects is highly desirable. The successful candidate will be required to undertake satisfactory National Police and NDIS Worker Screening Checks prior to appointment. Position Description 1.LOCAL WORK ENVIRONMENT The position will work with the Director and Deputy Director of Allied health as part of the Allied Health management team supporting project delivery in the Allied Health & Pharmacy (AH&P) Program. This position is based at the Fitzroy Campus of SVHM and will provide support across all SVHM sites and programs; this role is expected to attend these sites on a regular basis. In collaboration with the Director and Deputy Director of Allied Health, this role will: Support and collaborate with AH&P Program managers, allied health clinicians and other key stakeholders to progress key strategic projects Design, deliver and evaluate strategic initiatives aligned with organisational and program priorities to ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to enhance the improvement culture and capability of the allied health workforce. They will support, expand and evaluate programs and resources that support the development of skills, knowledge and attributes necessary to enable the allied health workforce to engage with service improvement as part of their practice Develop and maintain effective project governance systems to ensure projects are delivered on time, in a cost-effective manner and with measurable impact. 3.POSITION DUTIES Under the direction of the Director and Deputy Director of Allied Health, this role will support the AH&P Program managers and other senior leaders in the planning delivery and communication of high quality and strategically aligned projects.
