We are looking for a confident, friendly individual who is motivated to learn new things and show initiative in the role of receptionist for our Narangba Clinic.
Previous experience in an Allied Health environment would be favourable, However training will be provided to the successful applicant.
The role includes Greeting patients and welcoming them to our clinic, answering the phone, making appointments, collecting payments, scanning & filing patient documents and keeping the clinic reception and rooms clean and tidy.
Handling payments from many sources such has medicare, DVA, Private Health, Workcover, Insurance companies, Private patients.
Supporting Clinical staff to manage their busy schedules.
Liasing with referring Drs, Workcover, Insurance companies and others.
There is potential for increased responsibility in this role.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $46,460.00 – $76,120.60 per year
