Corpus Christi, our welcoming aged care residence in Clayton, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Allied Health Professional to join our multidisciplinary team for a 12-month parental leave contract. Whether your background is in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Podiatry, or another allied health discipline, you will be part of a supportive environment where your expertise truly matters. About the role In this role, you will: * Deliver high‑quality, person‑centred allied health services to residents * Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and implement evidence‑based interventions * Work collaboratively with nursing, lifestyle, and clinical teams to optimise resident outcomes * Support mobility, functional independence, pain management, and overall wellbeing * Maintain accurate documentation in line with Aged Care Quality Standards * Contribute to falls prevention, reablement, and restorative care programs * Build strong, respectful relationships with residents, families, and colleagues VMCH.
