Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP)

• Lead the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process, aligning demand, supply, production, and inventory with business objectives.
• Develop demand forecasts in collaboration with Country organizations and Area Sales (AS) teams.
• Establish and maintain the production plan based on demand, capacity, and material availability.
• Monitor projected inventory levels against safety stock targets and identify supply chain risks and mitigation plans.
• Validate production plans with Manufacturing and component availability with Area Supply (AS) and Procurement.
• Monitor and report key performance indicators, including:

Forecast vs. Sales

Inventory Levels

Backorders

Production Plan vs. Actual

Drive continuous improvement of planning processes and cross-functional collaboration.

Integrated Sales, Operations and Inventory Planning (PIVOS)

Lead the S&OP (Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning) process, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, production and inventory with company objectives.

Develop demand forecasts in collaboration with the Country and Area Sales (AS) teams.

Establish and maintain the production plan based on demand, capacity, and component availability.

Monitor inventory level projections against safety stocks and identify supply chain risks and mitigation plans.

Validate production plans with Production and component availability with Area Supply (AS) and Purchasing.

Ensure the monitoring and reporting of key performance indicators, including:

• OTIF
• Forecasts vs. Sales
• Inventory levels
• Backorders
• Production Plan vs. Actual

Drive the continuous improvement of planning processes and cross-functional collaboration.

Inventory Management

Establish the inventory coverage strategy for all components based on demand, risk, and value.

Implement best inventory management practices, including optimizing the "Purchase to Pay" process and maintaining the accuracy of physical inventory levels through an ongoing control process.

Set up inventory reports in collaboration with the Finance department.

Inventory Management

Export activities:

Centralize and disseminate all information related to shipping activities, ensuring clear and precise communication at appropriate times.

Be proactive in identifying and proposing solutions to problems, responding to unexpected events in a timely manner.

Supervise daily export operations, ensuring that the export logistics agents work efficiently and safely.

Conduct regular one-on-one reviews with the functional team, assisting them in meeting objectives and deadlines effectively.

Identify opportunities to streamline work by creating and improving tools and processes.

Identify and streamline existing workflows and channels to enhance efficiency

Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction, targeting response times within 24 hours.

Enhance collaboration and communication with internal stakeholders, including Customer Support, Production, and Repairs, to ensure alignment and efficiency across departments.

Export Activities:

Centralize and disseminate all information related to shipping activities, ensuring clear and precise communication at appropriate times.

Being proactive in identifying and proposing solutions to problems, reacting quickly to unforeseen events.

Supervise daily export operations, ensuring that export logistics agents work efficiently and safely.

Conduct regular one-on-one reviews with the functional team, helping them to achieve their objectives and deadlines efficiently.

Identify opportunities to streamline work by creating and improving tools and processes.

Identify and streamline existing workflows and channels to improve efficiency.

Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction, aiming for response times of less than 24 hours.

Strengthen collaboration and communication with internal stakeholders, including Customer Service, Production and Repairs, to ensure alignment and efficiency between departments.

• University degree in a related field ( Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field);

3-5 years of experience in production planning, supply planning, or similar role
