Are you a recent college leaver or graduate looking to launch your career in the exciting world of fashion? Claire’s, a global leader in accessories and self-expression, is searching for an enthusiastic Allocation Analyst to join our European HQ team. This is your chance to gain valuable experience in the heart of the fashion industry!
We currently work a hybrid model at Claire’s that would require you to work from our HQ in Erdington 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As an Allocation Analyst , you’ll be responsible for making sure the right products reach our stores across Europe at the right time. You’ll help manage stock levels, ensuring that sales targets are met, and that our customers can find the latest trends and best-sellers in store. Working closely with teams in buying, planning, and store operations, you’ll play a key role in supporting our inventory management and making data-driven decisions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Allocate New and Existing Stock: Ensure timely delivery of new and repeat stock to stores, maximizing sales opportunities across all locations.
  • Support Sales Growth: Use your analytical skills to track stock performance and adjust inventory to match sales trends, working with teams to maximize in-store availability.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with key departments like buying, planning, and store operations to ensure smooth stock management and problem resolution.
  • Seasonal Planning: Contribute to future stock plans by analyzing past seasons and preparing recommendations to support upcoming product ranges.
  • Learn and Grow: Be part of weekly and monthly business meetings, gaining insights into stock and sales performance while learning how to develop effective product strategies.
